Patient Facing Services Registration

A few requests have been made by practices as to:- How do they find out which patients are enabled for DCR?

This Excel report has been produced to enable practices to search on any online service function set in the patients registration module.

There are two options to choice from within the workbook:

  • Search on all functions or specific one
  • Search on enabled, disabled or both statuses

The report displays the family no, pat_id, patient name, age, sex, current status of the online account (i.e. active, locked out etc...), function details and any notes against each function.

Note- A blank account status is automatically created if an online function is changed even though the patient has not been setup with an online account.
